Filing fee
2025 reporting year, confirmed against ADEM's own current page: $50 for the first reportable chemical, $10 each additional, $1,000 max per facility. Government facilities: no fee, but reporting still mandatory. Oil/gas leases recorded with the Oil and Gas Commission are each treated as a separate facility requiring their own $200 fee.

LEPC copy required?
Handled by ADEM via HazConnect distribution — no separate local filing confirmed needed, but not independently re-verified this session (carrying forward NM's lesson: confirm against Arkansas's own page before assuming, don't just copy NM's pattern)
Fire dept copy required?
Handled by ADEM via HazConnect distribution — same caveat as lepcMethod
Routing data independently sourced and verified — check Arkansas’s current guidance before submitting, as requirements can change.
